Bio
Luogo Comune is an Italian artists' collective, founded in 1999 by artists Andrea Zucchini and Massimo Bartolini. The collective's work is often site-specific and explores the relationship between architecture, art and the natural environment.
They have organized several exhibitions in Europe and America, including at the Whitney Museum of American Art, (New York) and the Centre Pompidou, (Paris).
Luogo Comune was awarded the prestigious Golden Lion for the best pavilion at the 52nd Venice Biennale in 2007.
