“On the move”
The Danish artist Wellin's travels led him to the City of Ghent. The artist stayed here for several months and was very motivated to leave his mark in our city. His hunt for a giant wall began immediately when he arrived and together we looked at the various possibilities. We quickly found a suitable wall in collaboration with the City of Ghent.
Looking for inspiration for the mural, he went out to take pictures of local people in motion. Fitting for the location at Gentbrugge bridge where people from all directions pass by, all day, every day. In the end, it became a passer-by who walked daily with his bicycle and skateboard over the bridge itself.
With Wallin', we are always open to support such projects financially and logistically! Are you a motivated artist who is actively looking for more opportunities? Feel free to let us know at email@example.com!

From here he gained more know how about different styles and techniques by seeing many local and international artists work. This network of artists also gave him the opportunity to travel and work in other countries. Welins style usually comes out figurative. Educating him self in classical drawing at Tegneskolen Kbh gave him strong foundation in construction, form and lighting.
