Article 1 - Quotations and orders
1.1 The quotation prices are exclusive of VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Our offers remain valid
for 1 month. There is only a binding agreement after written commitment by the client and
when it has been expressly accepted by Wallinofficial BV.
1.2 In the quotation, the foreseen design costs include 2 rounds of revisions. Multiple corrections can be made by mutual

Article 2 - Revocation of commission
2.1 Assignments may only be revoked with the express written consent of
Wallinofficial BV who reserves the possibility to refuse its consent to this effect.
2.1 When revoking an offer approved in writing before the design phase starts, the
project coordination costs shall always be charged.
2.2 In the event of the withdrawal of an offer approved in writing during the design phase, the project
coordination costs + the artist's design costs will be charged 50%.
2.3 Upon revocation of a written approved quotation and a design also approved, the artist will be

Article 3 - Execution period
Unless expressly stipulated in writing, the execution times are given by way of indication.

Article 4 - Risk
Wallinofficial BV bears no responsibility if, during the execution of the works, other
contractors or third parties entering the worksite cause damage to the works carried out by Wallin'. The
repair of such damage shall also be charged at the line rate, increased by the compensation for

All complaints relating to the order and/or services provided shall be submitted by the customer by registered letter to Wallinoffice.

Article 6 - Payments
The invoice must be paid within 30 calendar days of the invoice date. Payments after this period
shall by operation of law and without notice of default incur interest equal to 15%, as well as Wallin' has the
right to the reimbursement of ALL COSTS it has had to incur to recover its debt.
Article 7 - Contestation
Any dispute falling within the application of these general terms and conditions shall be settled in accordance with the

1. Identity of the Organizer
The camps are organized by Wallin’ vzw, company number 0658.826.077, with registered office at Wiedauwkaai 51, 9000 Ghent, Belgium.

By registering, the parent/legal guardian confirms having read and accepted these general terms and conditions.
2. Camp Format
The graffiti camps are day camps for young people aged 12 to 15, with a maximum of 20 participants per camp.
Location: Wiedauwkaai 51, 9000 Ghent.
Camp hours: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
Childcare included in the price: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM.
Included in the price: supervision, materials, insurance, and childcare. Lunch and drinks are not included unless stated otherwise.
3. Registration and Payment
Registration is final after immediate online payment.
After registration, parents will receive a confirmation email with invoice. If not received, please also check your spam folder.
4. Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement free of charge within fourteen (14) calendar days after registration, unless the camp starts within this period.
If the camp begins within the 14-day withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal expires.
Withdrawal must be communicated digitally by email.
5. Cancellation Policy – Day Camps (No Overnight Stay)
Within withdrawal period (up to 14 days after registration):
→ Free cancellation
Outside withdrawal period:
More than 14 days before camp start
→ €35 administrative fee
14 days or less before camp start
→ Full camp fee payable
→ With valid medical certificate: €35 administrative fee
Absence during camp
Only in case of medical absence of at least two days and with a medical certificate:
Refund = camp price / number of camp days × days attended + €35 administrative fee.
Medical certificates must be emailed to workshops@wallinofficial.be during the camp week.
6. Cancellation by Wallin’ vzw
Wallin’ vzw reserves the right to cancel a camp due to force majeure, exceptional circumstances, or insufficient registrations. In such cases, the full registration fee will be refunded. No further compensation will be granted.
7. Conduct, Safety and Participation
Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards supervisors, fellow participants, and equipment. Bullying, vandalism, alcohol, drugs, and smoking are strictly prohibited.
In cases of serious disruptive or dangerous behavior, Wallin’ vzw may decide to exclude the participant from further participation. Parents must collect their child as soon as possible. Paid camp days will not be refunded.
During graffiti activities, protective equipment (such as face masks) is mandatory. Participants must strictly follow all safety instructions provided by supervisors.
8. Personal Belongings and Clothing
Wallin’ vzw is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings (such as mobile phones, clothing, or shoes). Graffiti activities may cause stains; participants are advised to wear suitable clothing.
9. Liability and Insurance
All participants are insured through civil liability and accident insurance with AG Insurance.
Damage caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior by a participant may be charged to the parents/legal guardians.
10. Image Use
Photos and videos may be taken during the camps. These will only be used with prior consent (opt-in). Consent can be withdrawn at any time via workshops@wallinofficial.be.
11. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR regulations and solely for the organization of the camps.

12. Complaints
Any complaints must be submitted by email within 8 days after the camp via workshops@wallinofficial.be.
13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Belgian law applies to this agreement. Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghent.
Website Use and Additional Terms
- Wallin’ retains all intellectual property rights to the website and all information published on it. The use of images, texts, or documents from the website is only permitted with prior written consent from Wallin’ vzw.
- Wallin’ accepts no liability for any damage that may arise from the use of information on this website. Any use of the information on this website, whether authorized by Wallin’ or not, is entirely at the user’s own risk.

- Wallin’ vzw and its directors, staff members, members, and volunteers cannot be considered appointing authorities, teachers, or supervisors. All participants are responsible for their own safety and undertake to comply with Belgian laws and regulations, in particular traffic regulations. Minor participants must be accompanied by a parent or supervisor who bears full responsibility. In all cases, Wallin’ vzw and its directors, staff members, members, and volunteers are only liable for their own gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
- Upon written confirmation by email, Wallin’ commits to executing the booked service.
- Payments for tours, workshops, or other activities offered on the website are made online via the payment methods provided by Wallin’.
- For tours, workshops, murals, or other activities, all invoices must be paid no later than 31 days after the invoice date and in any case before the activity begins. In the event of non-payment by the due date, interest of 1% per month will automatically apply without prior notice. Each started month counts as a full month. In addition, a fixed compensation of 20% of the invoice amount will be due, with a minimum of €100. Any legal costs will always be borne by the customer.
- If Wallin’ is unable to carry out a planned tour, workshop, or activity due to force majeure, a new date will be arranged by mutual agreement. If rescheduling is not possible, the full amount already paid will be refunded.
- If the customer wishes to cancel a booked tour, workshop, or activity, Wallin’ will attempt to find a new date together with the customer.
- In the event of a dispute, only the courts of Ghent shall have jurisdiction, and Belgian law shall exclusively apply.
